This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit melqoora.shop or buy from us, why we use it and the rights you have. We keep data to what we need to run the shop.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is MAZE CLOTHING LIMITED, trading as MELQOORA, a company registered in England and Wales (details on our legal information page). For any privacy question or request, email support@melqoora.shop with “Privacy” in the subject line.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, the items you buy, the currency and language you used, and order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment service provider. We receive a confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as card type and last four digits); we never receive or store your full card number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email address, name and password (stored in encrypted form).
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, the withdrawal form or by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages you request, recorded in server logs for security, and the cookies described in our cookie policy.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not build marketing profiles and we do not sell or rent personal data.

We do not send marketing emails. Service emails (order confirmation, dispatch, refunds) are part of your order.
Who we share it with
- Payment service providers, to process payments and prevent fraud (for example Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment method available at checkout).
- Delivery carriers, who receive your name, delivery address, and email or phone number for delivery updates.
- Our website hosting and email providers, who store data on our behalf under data processing terms.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law, for example tax authorities.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses (with the UK addendum where applicable) to protect your data.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: six years after the end of the financial year of the order, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
- Messages and withdrawal requests: two years after the matter is closed.
- Accounts: until you ask us to close your account, or after three years without activity.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object at any time. To use these rights, email support@melqoora.shop; we reply within one month.
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
You can complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Security
The whole website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to serve you, and passwords are stored in encrypted form.
Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We will update this page if our use of personal data changes. The date of the latest version is shown below.
