Our clothing comes in XS to XL. Each product page describes the fit (for example “fitted through the bodice” or “relaxed”) and the length for size S. Compare your measurements with our size guide; if you are between sizes, the product page says which way to go.

Each product page describes the fabric (for example crisp poplin, soft crepe or fine-gauge knit). The fibre composition and care instructions are printed on every sewn-in label. If you want to know them before ordering, email support@melqoora.shop with the style number and we will confirm them.

Every style has four images: worn, from the back or side, on its own and in close-up. They show the design, construction and colour of the piece. Other clothing and props in the images are not included unless the product page says so, and colours can look slightly different on screens.

Yes. Where a product is a set (for example the Round Collar Duo or the Scrunchie & Bandana Set), the title and details say how many pieces are included, and the price is for the whole set.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by our PCI DSS certified payment provider on a secure, encrypted form; we never see your full card number.

Possibly. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. See our shipping page.

We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 business days in the UK, 4–8 in the EU, 5–9 in the US, Switzerland and Norway, and 6–10 in Canada.

Tracked delivery costs US$7.95 to the UK, US$8.95 to the US, US$9.95 to the EU, US$11.95 to Canada and US$12.95 to Switzerland and Norway, converted into your currency at checkout.

Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. You can also see your order in My account if you created one.
